- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a very dishonest department! Twice I was robbed out of my deposit TWICE!! I lived in one place and the city required a deposit which I paid and there hasn't been one month that I missed a payment. When I moved they would not give me $100 deposit saying that it will be applied to my final bill. My bill was NEVER no more than $65 per month. I moved to another location put down $100 deposit again when it was time for me to move same thing happened again!! They are crooks!! I went down there to speak with management she gave me the run around and said she will figure it out well it has been 5 months now and I guess she is still figuring it out! Be prepared to donate your deposit. I've never had this problem with any other city.By Erica Rolle, June 01, 2017
