  Would stay away from Marion Fazio's office. I was with them for a little over one year. When I moved and tried to get a transfer to a closer agent, they wouldn't do it. Finally after over a month, I was told I need to pay next months bill and only then they would do it (never had a late payment and was on autopay the entire time). As for the agency, it is very hard to get someone on the phone. When i ask questions, they told me they would get back to me, but they never do. By the end, I was so frustrated,l that I asked to speak to Marion Fazio and of course he never called back. State Farm increased my premium every 6 months even though I didn't have a single claim during those times. Over the course of one year, they raised my premium by about $100 (per month so $1200/yr). If your interested in State Farm, that's fine, but I would stay clear of this agency as I'm sure there are better agents out there. What should've taken a few days to transfer took over 1 month because they would not do it after multiple emails/phone calls. Between that and never being able to get a hold of someone, it's not worth it.

  No problems with this office. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. They always try their best to find you ways to save some money. Im glad I transferred here.

  I cant complain about anything , if i ever have a problem they always solve it or do the best to give a good customer Service . I highly recommend the Marion Fazios agency to anyone looking for better rates and customer service.
